Warranties
As part of our offer, SIG Design & Technology provides guarantees and warranties. To meet our principle of being open and transparent, these guarantees are unambiguous with little small-print. Two types of guarantee are provided:
The SIG Design & Technology Product Guarantee
This covers the integrity of the principal waterproofing components recommended in the design team’s specification.
The SIG Design & Technology Extended System Guarantee
This covers any additional system components that have been specified and purchased from SIG Design & Technology. Guarantees are ‘project specific’ and are available for periods of 10-15 or 20 years.

Separate guarantees cover Hydrostop AH+ liquid waterproofing, available for 15, or 25 years and Zinc and Copper, available for 20 or 25 years.
SIG Zinc & Copper warranty sample
SIG Design & Technology also offer guarantees on SIGnature felt used on the roof and are available for a 20 or 25 year period.

In addition, we package all other supplier guarantees into a Guarantee Portfolio to ensure the client has a single point of reference on the subject.
