Brandon Yard is a £14m award-winning regeneration project of 58 apartments by AWW. The site includes two derelict buildings: The West Purifier House and Engine House. Slate is ideal for this type of tough marine environment and SIGA slates were chosen for their high quality and for their ability to match existing slate roofs in the scheme. SIGA Slate’s specification team worked with AWW and Camilleri Roofing to select, supply and install SIGA 39 slates which come with a 75 year Warranty.
