Warranties
As part of our offer, SIG Design & Technology provides guarantees and warranties. To meet our principle of being open and transparent, these guarantees are unambiguous with little small-print.
Two types of guarantee are provided:
The SIG Design & Technology Product Guarantee
This covers the integrity of the principal waterproofing components recommended in the design team’s specification.

The SIG Design & Technology Extended System Guarantee
This covers any additional system components that have been specified and purchased from SIG Design & Technology.
Both guarantees are ‘project specific’ and are available for periods of 10, 15 or 20 years.
In addition, we package all other supplier guarantees into a Guarantee Portfolio to ensure the client has a single point of reference on the subject.
